Yū means a sense of unhurried ease. This is the matcha we reach for each morning — a blend of two spring cultivars whisked into a vivid, foaming usucha. Bright and clean with just enough body to stand alone, it is the most versatile tin in the house.

The Legend
The tea masters taught that no two bowls are ever the same — ichigo ichie, “one time, one meeting.” The grand ceremony belongs to feast days, but the spirit of it can be carried into an ordinary Tuesday morning.
